First look at Zune HD. The UI looks really nice. I like the big graphic elements and the way everything flips and moves when you “click” through.

ReTweets Are The New Currency Of The (Real-Time)... →
Real-time search engine called TOPSY launched. The results are relevant and they really let you find good stuff but they’re also not so real-time ’right now’ any more. They select the most valuable stuff and omit most of the ‘noise’. It’s good, obviously better than all the other Twitter based search engines so far, however I still don’t find it very...

I fully agree. There’s just plenty of things that Twitter could improve and whole mess of features that they could introduce before doing a TV show. My pics would be analytics, iTunes Genius-like recommendations engine and a business model. Update: Biz Stone denied Twitter working on a television show. However he stressed out that they are open to cooperation and that he believes their...

I’ve just watched this great presentation about Twitter by Biz Stone. He tells the story of the service and shows possible uses for the tool. It’s really fantastic that Twitter isn’t “just” a company with a huge potential but it’s also run by good people who are devoted to making positive change with it. I’m jealous but also very happy for their success....

I don’t want people to know where I am.
That’s what I often hear from people after I explain to them what Lokalu is. What is it? It’s a location based micro-blogging service to put in short. It allows users to show their location and send short messages and photos to all of their friends at the same time. You check in at a place and then you can post text or photos that will stay in that place’s stream for the people to see. You decide...

Hello World!
I’m a 23 year old social psychology student, web enthusiast and owner of Lokalu.com. That’s for the introduction part. The main reason why I’ve started this tumblog is to create a place where anybody can reach me or find information about me. I chose this form because I wanted it to be my “business card with a pulse”. So besides the information about me and the directory to my...
